We're excited to get your wine selections to you as soon as possible. Please review the following information regarding shipping fees and terms & conditions:
Shipping Costs:

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM15 for all orders within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor areas except Klang Districts.

Free Shipping: For orders exceeding RM600.00 (before taxes and discounts), we are happy to offer complimentary shipping within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor areas except Klang Districts.

Remote Area Exceptions: In rare cases, for deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you in such instances to confirm the final shipping cost before processing your order.
Changes to Shipping Policy:
We reserve the right to modify our shipping fees and terms & conditions at any time. The most current version will be reflected on this page. We encourage you to review this policy before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes:

Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days upon confirmation.

Transit Times: Once Lalamove/Grab Delivery is scheduled, the estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Tracking Information: You will receive a delivery link via WhatsApp with tracking information once your order is sent.

We may be able to offer same-day delivery for a flat fee of MYR 30. This service is subject to availability and your location. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 3 PM.

Price Changes:
Wine Pick Resources reserves the right to amend the published prices of wines without prior notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing information, but unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments.
Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all wine sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If you discover the wine is spoiled/corked after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will require photos and videos of the damaged wine. We may require the return of the damaged or spoiled wine(s) for inspection purposes. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Upon verification of damage or spoilage, we will send you a replacement bottle (subject to availability) at no additional charge or we will issue a full refund for the damaged or spoiled bottle(s).
Risk of Loss:
Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss in transit rests with the carrier. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues, but we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages.
