At Wine Pick, we’re excited to deliver your wines in the best condition and as quickly as possible.
Please review the following details regarding our shipping & Return/Refund policies:

Shipping Costs:

Flat Rate Delivery: RM15 per order within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area only

Free Delivery: Complimentary shipping for orders above RM600 (before taxes/discounts), valid for delivery in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area only.

Remote Area Charges: In rare cases, additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to- reach areas. We will contact you to confirm any changes before shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: Orders are processed and scheduled for delivery within 2 business days upon payment confirmation.

Standard Delivery (via Lalamove/Grab): Estimated arrival times vary depending on your location. A delivery tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is en route.

Same-Day Delivery is subject to availability and location. Cut-off time: 2PM

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of wine, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The wine arrives damaged, spoiled, or corked
• You notify us within 24 hours of receiving or opening the bottle
• Clear photos/videos are provided for assessment
• The wine and cork (if opened) are retained for possible return/inspection

If verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or Issue a full refund for the affected bottle(s)

Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.

Risk of Loss & Liability

Once your order leaves our hands, risk of loss transfers to the delivery carrier. While we are not liable for transit damages or lost parcels, we’ll assist in resolving issues with the courier whenever possible.
